The midfielder left Liverpool last year
Perrie Edwards has shared a video of her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to her TikTok page after he returned from Turkey. The couple are engaged and have a son called Axel.
The professional footballer joined Turkish side Besiktas on a three-year-deal after his contract at Liverpool ended last year. Oxlade-Chamberlain made over 100 appearances for Liverpool between 2017 and 2023. During his time at the Reds he won the Champions League and the Premier League, as well as a number of domestic trophies – although his time at Anfield did see him suffer a number of serious injuries.
In the video posted by the former Little Mix member, the 31-year-old is playing with a snow machine. Perrie captioned the clip “Can’t take him anywhere #Christmas2024 #newholidaymusic” and text written over the video said “When Alex comes home from Turkey and has to work.”

Sharp-eyed Liverpool fans made an observation about the video with many taking to the comments to speculate. Oxlade-Chamberlain was wearing a black Nike AXA bubble coat, a company Liverpool have a sponsorship with and one that has appeared on the clubs clothing.
One fan commented “Liverpool jacket get in lad” and another comment read “Not the Liverpool coat, tears in my eyes. The replies continued with fans made up to see he still thinks fondly of his time as a Red. More commenters responded “The Liverpool coat. Oh my heart” and “Oxlade in the Liverpool coat he’s still one of us”
Speaking about his time with Liverpool, the midfielder told LiverpoolFC.com last year: “I guess certain teams can have years of success, a good season here and a good season there and achieve something special and then the team will change quite a lot – people leave, people come in. But I feel like this group has been very solid, a lot of the same boys have been here from the start when I came in.
“We sort of built this last five years of success together. And we have had tough moments in there as well together, and it’s a lot of the same faces. When you go a period of time with a very similar set of people – players and staff – I think that’s what makes it more special. That’s what I’m really proud to have been a part of and I’m thankful that I got to share those moments with certain people, for sure.”
