Another memorable series of I’m a Celeb is coming to an end

It has been three weeks since I’m a Celebrity returned to our screens. The latest series will come to an end tomorrow, Sunday 8, as a new King or Queen of the Jungle is set to be crowned 2024 champion.

After 12 celebrities and hosts Ant and Dec arrived in the jungle towards the end of November, viewers have been treated to entertainment every evening as the famous faces faced fears, had emotional conversations and offered a side to themselves we don’t usually get to see.

The celebrities all pushed themselves to their limits throughout the series and the tight-knit group soon weakened as many were forced to say their goodbyes after losing the public vote. Among those who have left include Loose Women’s Jane Moore, Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall, boxing legend Barry McGuigan and internet personality GK Barry.

The final three contestants have now been revealed. The unlucky campmate who missed out on a shot at the jungle crown was Oti Mabuse as she was eliminated from the jungle this evening.

At the time of writing, McFly’s Danny Jones is favourite to go all the way in the competition, he is the odds on favourite priced at 1/2. The singer has been favourite since the show launched and was only temporarily leap-frogged by Coleen for a couple of days before returning to top spot.

Coleen Rooney can be backed at a price of 21/10. The Liverpool-born mum of four has impressed viewers with her down-to-earth approach and calmness in the camp. She is narrowly behind Danny and definitely still in with a chance.

Despite being a latecomer, Reverend Richard Coles has been a fan favourite since he joined camp and has fought off many of the original celebrities to earn a place in tomorrow’s final. He can be backed at a price of 8/1, making him an outsider but it wouldn’t be the first time a surprise winner was crowned.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2024 finishes on Sunday, December 8. The final will air from 9pm until 10.40pm and see a winner crowned as the King or Queen of the Jungle live on ITV and ITVX.
