Loose Women’s Jane Moore has become the first person to be evicted from the I’m a Celebrity jungle tonight following the public vote. Campmates hugged Jane as she left the camp. She told the rest of the celebrities to enjoy the ‘rest of it’.

Jane told the camp “hard work does not get rewarded” after finding out she would be the first campmate to leave the jungle. She said she will look back on the experience with the fondest of the memories and would do it all again “in a heartbeat”

The presenter was in the bottom two with BBC Radio 1 DJ Dean McCullough. Viewers took to social media after the results were announced. One fan said: “Jane shoulda been voted out after Dean tbh.” Another added “GET DEAN OUT OF THAT CAMP MY GIRL JANE DID NOT DESERVE THIS #ImACeleb.” Further comments included “I did think Jane would be 1st #ImACeleb.”

One confused fan said: “How come Dean is not first out? #imacelebrity2024” and another fan added: Jane’s right ‘hard work does not get rewarded’ she didn’t deserve to go first #ImaCeleb.”

Eliminations will continue daily over the next week until the final on Sunday December 8. Three celebrities will make it to the final and then one celeb will be crowned the next King or Queen of the Jungle.

The campmates first entered the jungle on Sunday, November 17, the original 10 contestants have taken to our TV screens every evening since, bringing plenty of entertainment. The latecomers, Love Island’s Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles joined the camp a few days later on Thursday, November 20.
