Coleen and Wayne have four sons together
Coleen Rooney has opened up on her family and how fame has impacted them. The I’m a Celebrity contestant discussed fame with the rest of the camp as they spoke about the positives and negatives it comes with.
Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall said he has had to live with fame for nearly 27 years due to his role on the cobbles, he said: “That’s constant. I think the only time I’ve found it difficult really recently is when I’ve become a father, it’s hard then.”
Mum-of-four Coleen agreed and told the camp she finds it hard to go on days out with her and Wayne’s kids. In an emotional admission she said: “Kai told Wayne to stop coming to football games, when he played grassroots tournaments and stuff because he used to get swarmed and he couldn’t even watch the game.”

She said her son Kai told his dad ‘Oh, Dad there’s no point you coming because you don’t even watch me play anyway.’ She said that Wayne would’ve rather had his career without the fame side.
The 38-year-old married the former Everton striker in 2008 and the couple share four sons, Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass Mac. Coleen Rooney has become one of the favourites to be crowned Queen of I’m a Celebrity this year as her journey continues.
Coleen’s children arrived in Australia last week ahead of the first show eviction. In a post uploaded to Coleen’s official Instagram account, two of Wayne and Coleen’s youngest children, Kit and Cass are pictured together with a kangaroo. The adorable post is captioned: “The boys have arrived and went straight on the hunt for a kangaroo. Cass hasn’t let go of his Teddy. Don’t come out yet mum we’ve got more kangaroos to find!! #ImACeleb.”
