The Loose Women panelist competed in the Bushtucker Trial alongside the Love Island star
I’m A Celebrity’s Jane Moore came under fire from fans on tonight’s episode. The Loose Women panelist is one of 12 campmates who have travelled Down Under for the latest season of TV’s toughest entertainment challenge.
The 62-year-old competed in Tuesday night’s Bushtucker Trial alongside Maura Higgins. Fright At the End of the Tunnel saw the contestants try each navigate a tunnel: one above ground and the other below ground.
Maura took the above ground tunnel and the Love Island star needed to find secret code words to read out to Jane. Loose Women panelist Jane was below ground in the water based tunnel.
Maura was distraught during the trial and ended up in tears after she faced her fear of spiders. Jane swam through the water tunnels but refused to go in the part of the tunnel that was completely underwater.

Hosts Ant and Dec praised the campmates as they won six stars for the camp. Maura felt guilty after the trial but was reassured by Jane after the challenge.
When they got back to the camp, Jane revealed how much she enjoyed the trial and Maura shared her emotional response to confronting the spiders. Campmate Oti Mabuse praised Jane for how she confronted the challenge and said that Maura wasn’t about the Bushtucker Trial life.
However, viewers following the show on social media platform X were frustrated as they insisted Maura had confronted her fears more than the Loose Women panelist in the challenge.
Sophie said: “Nooo I’m so annoyed Jane skipped past so many without even bothering why has she gone back acting like she had it hard.” Frosty96 commented: “I know jane is not dishing out advice to Maura when she skipped 50% of the trial”
AP posted: “Maura saying how hard she found that trial, with Jane forgetting to mention that she gave up on half of her stars so it looks like Maura was the reason they didn’t get more stars! Sneaky.”
Cian commented: “Honestly why is Jane trying to play it like Maura struggled and Oti saying she “ain’t about that life” she did better and put in a better effort than Jane!”
Ciara posted: “I wanna see Jane did a trial alone and suffer cause I’m not about her letting Maura feel like it’s her fault for 6 stars when it’s more 70/30 Jane’s fault” Josh posted: “Maura feeling bad for stalling in the trial when its Jane’s fault for their lack of stars is heartbreaking”
Tracey added: “Jane was totally unhelpful in that task, that annoyed me more than Maura screaming because she put in more effort!”
Kiera said: “Maura has nothing to feel bad for at all, while Jane just sat there she faced her fears and janes the one going on about how hard it was?” @TVHubplus added: “Maura was a hero in that trial. Jane acting the hero. Maura gave 150% Jane gave 30% Max.”
