Soap stars have supported their Emmerdale co-star
Emmerdale star Bradley Johnson has shared an adorable photo of his son after becoming a dad. The actor plays Vinny Dingle in the fictional ITV village.
Posting an adorable photo to Instagram, Bradley showed the baby wearing an “hello world” baby grow and shared the name, date and time of birth and weight with his followers. The TV star and his partner Sammie Johnstone welcomed baby Albie Jake Johnson on November 19, he weighed close to 7lbs.
Co-stars have taken to the comments to congratulate Bradley and Sammie. Daisy Campbell, whose character of Amelia Spencer was recently axed from Emmerdale said “Congratulations Brad” with a red heart emoji. Natalie Jamieson, who plays the role of Amy Wyatt on the soap added “Ohhhhh my goooooodness!!! Congratulations guys. Absolutely gorgeous!! @sammiejojo92 @bradjakejohnson x x x”

As well as colleagues, fans were also quick to offer congratulations to the new mum and dad. One fan said: “Congratulations he is adorable” another added “He’s gorgeous!!!! Congrats to you both.” While further comments stated: “Congratulations he is gorgeous” and “Oh my goodness. So gorgeous. Congratulations.”
Earlier this month, Bradley appeared on Lorraine with guest host Christine Lampard who chatted with the Vinny Dingle star. He spoke about the upcoming birth of his first child with fiancée Sammie. In June, he made the announcement in an Instagram post featuring a cake declaring ‘baby coming December 2024’ and ultrasound images, the caption read: “Mum and dad” with a heart emoji.
Bradley shared: “Sammie, my partner, is due in less than three weeks time! I cannot wait! Christine surprised Bradley with a special ‘Lorraine’ babygrow, to which the actor responded: “Oh wow, that is amazing! It still doesn’t feel real but look at that! Sammie’s going to love that, she’s absolutely going to love that, thank you so much!”
