Fans were so nervous after Saturday’s episode ended with a Sambathon twist
Strictly Come Dancing viewers are nervous Vito Coppola and Sarah Hadland could find themselves at risk of leaving the competition. the two performed a Rumba to Chains by Tina Arena in Saturday’s episode.
Sarah and Vito were the second couple to perform on tonight’s show and fans following the show on social media platform X were concerned as this has notoriously been an unlucky slot for eliminate contestants this season. The Rumba is also regarded as one of the more difficult routines and viewers were worried this could mean the popular couple’s days were numbered.
TVFan said: A rumba in the death slot?? Make sure we all vote for Sarah & Vito, I’m nervous for them.” Another user said: “Sarah in the death slot with a Rumba”
Lauren commented: “SARAH AND VITO WITH A RUMBA IN THE DEATH SLOT” Viewers were more concerned when they received lower than expected marks from two of the judges with Craig criticising chemistry between the performers.

Lottie said: “What is Craig on about.. no chemistry.. I thought it was FULL of chemistry. Should have been 4 x 10’s” Tabby commented: “dropping TWO marks because there’s ‘no chemistry’ is actually insane what??”
Kye posted: “What are Craig & Motsi on tonight?! That Sarah & Vito dance was insane.. no chemistry?” Viewers were even more nervous when Vito and Sarah dropped down after the Sambathon closed the episode.
The two ended the episode in 4th position with 40 points, which viewers branded as a dangerous spot. @Northernish1 said: “Sarah in the danger zone middle of leader board despite dancing a competition level dance and being undermarked by two judges. Please vote to save them…not safe in middle of board.”
