The gang of 17 will be sentenced across three days next week
Two Liverpool brothers who orchestrated a county lines organised crime gang are set to be sentenced next week. Brian and Anthony Siner lead the ‘Scouse Line’ which saw class A drugs transported to Plymouth and Gosport from Merseyside.
In the prosecution’s case, it was heard how Anthony was in charge of flooding Gosport with drugs, whereas brother Brian would oversee the Plymouth side of the operation. The brothers, along with 15 others including ground level runners, operational managers and couriers, will be sentenced next week over the course of three days.
The sentencing will begin on Tuesday, November 19, and conclude on Thursday, November 21, taking place at Portsmouth Crown Court. A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police spokesperson said: “The investigation into this county line – known as the ‘Scouse Line’ – was led by Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary and has involved the disruption of all tiers of the OCG, from ground level runners, operational managers, couriers, and two senior leaders of the OCG – brothers Anthony and Brian Siner.

“It is the prosecution’s case that Anthony was head of the Scouse Line running drugs into Gosport, whilst Brian oversaw the Plymouth side of the conspiracy. The sentencing is expected to take place over the course of three days at Portsmouth Crown Court, concluding on Thursday 21 November.”
The following individuals are due to be sentenced next week:
- Anthony Siner, aged 37, of Monterey Road, Liverpool, who has pleaded guilty to four counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Brian Siner, aged 41, of Clint Way, Liverpool, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Adam Hughes, aged 38, of Speedwell Lane in Heathfield, East Sussex, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Gary Cranney, aged 40, of Eldonian Way in Liverpool, who has pleaded guilty to four counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Lee Richardson aged 26, of Blackhorse Lane, Liverpool, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Demi Hannon, aged 27, of Gorst Street, Liverpool, who has pleaded guilty to participation in the criminal activities of an Organised Crime Group.
- Brett Coe-Quainton, aged 25, of Gale Moor Avenue in Gosport, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Christopher Crewe, aged 39, of no fixed abode, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Sean Harland, aged 42, of Miller Drive, Fareham, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Lee Illingworth, aged 39, of no fixed abode, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Gareth Roberts, aged 42, of York Road in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, who has pleaded guilty to four counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Paul Naughton, aged 30, of no fixed abode, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Max Pike, aged 28, of Little Chilworth, Gosport, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Clayton Donnelly, aged 21, of Sunbeam Way, Gosport, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Donna Yuen, aged 48, of Davenport Close, Gosport, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Danny Venning, aged 38, of Beatrice Avenue, Lipson, Devon, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
- Kevin Wealthal, aged 57, of Little Chilworth in Gosport, who has pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
