Jake Paul is set to take on Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on November 15, but tickets for the fight are still available and have dropped in price
Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s November fight has been dealt another blow as ticket prices plummet. This comes as a significant setback for the promoters, who have faced numerous challenges this year.
The rescheduled boxing match, set to take place at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium in Texas on November 15, was initially planned for July but had to be postponed due to Tyson falling ill. Despite the high-profile nature of the fighters, tickets are now being sold at a discount.
Instead of increasing in price as is typical for events of this scale, promoters have slashed the cost of hundreds of seats, with some going for as low as $30 (£23), according to MMA Junkie. With the stadium’s capacity exceeding 80,000, this is a major blow in the lead-up to the fight night.

A sell-out had been anticipated, but now, with just two weeks to go, Seat Geek has listed tickets for $37 (£28), while others on StubHub are available for $52 (£40) – significantly less than expected. Ringside tickets, however, continue to command a hefty price, with the going rate over $50,000 (£38,800).
The same arena has previously hosted fights between Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey, Antonio Margarito and Pacquiao, and Canelo Alvarez against Liam Smith and Billy Joe Saunders, drawing crowds of 51,000 and 73,000 for the latter two fights.
Ahead of the bout, Paul detailed his strategy: “To just box on the outside and then use my footwork to be more agile and get him chasing me and then attack him when he’s out of position. That should frustrate him.”
Tyson didn’t hold back in his retort, stating: “[It will last] Not long, as soon as I catch him, because he’s going to run like a thief. I don’t see how he’s going to make an exciting fight by running all day.
“He’s supposed to be the young guy, he’s supposed to run right through me… I’m an old man and he’s going to run all f***ing night?!”
