The broadcaster issued a tribute to mark the occasion
Ruth Langsford has issued a heartfelt update to mark Rylan Clark’s birthday. The 64-year-old is renowned for her role as an anchor on Loose Women.
The presenter regularly keeps people updated with her life away from the screen on Instagram. She has taken to the social media platform to wish Rylan well as he celebrated his 36th birthday.
Ruth and Rylan have previously hosted This Morning together and maintain a close bond away from the screen. She shared a snap of the two together to mark Rylan’s special occasion. In the photo, Ruth and Rylan are posing in the This Morning studio. She captioned the post: “Happy birthday to my darling boy. Love you Rylan.”

Ruth wasn’t the only celebrity to wish Rylan well on his special day. Rob Rinder, who co-presents the Grand Tour with Rylan, took to Instagram to send a message to mark the day.
He said: “Happy birthday @rylan beautiful on the inside and the outside… ‘Friendship is born at the moment when one man says to another “What! You too? I thought that no one but myself . . .’
Rylan also shared the special update on his own social media channels. He shared a birthday cake emoji with 36 next to it to mark his birthday. The 36-year-old was flooded with messages of support after the update from his celebrity friends. Holly Willoughby said: “Happy birthday.”
Coronation Street star Claire Sweeney commented: “Happy birthday xxx.” Rylan hosts a show BBC Radio 2 and the official account said: “Happy birthday Rylan!!”

Fans were thrilled after Rob’s message as they praised his friendship with Rylan. Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid took to the comments and said: “Happy Birthday @rylan and happy day both of you.”
A fan named Karen said: “Love your friendship, we need more beautiful role models like to inspire us. Happy Birthday Rylan and please do more work together”
Julia added: “Both beautiful men and example to others x” Lisa commented: “Adore you two. Happy Bday Rylan” Daisy commented: “I love this friendship that you both have”
