Filip and Dominic were killed alongside their father and his partner in a crash on the M6
The mum of two schoolboys who died following an horrific crash on the M6 last week has paid a heartfelt tribute to her “beloved angels”. Filip Rossa, 15, and Dominic Rossa, seven, were fatally injured in the head-on collision in Cumbria on Tuesday, October 15, alongside their father, Jaroslaw Rossa, 42, and his partner, Jade McEnroe, 33.
Emergency services, including two air ambulances, rushed to the scene of the crash, which involved a Skoda and Toyota near Tebay services. Despite their best efforts, the four of them were sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Jade’s son, Arran, seven, who was also travelling with the family in the Toyota, survived the crash but was airlifted to hospital, where he remains in a coma receiving treatment for severe injuries. The driver of a Skoda, a 40-year-old man from Cambridgeshire, also died.

It is understood that the family had been travelling home to Glasgow from Legoland when the tragedy took place. Following the fatal crash, Kamilla, the mother of Filip and Dominic, said her life “will never be the same again” after the deaths of both of her children.
She said: “We are heartbroken at the passing of our beloved angels – Filip and Dominic. Filip was very intelligent, sensitive and full of love. We will never forget his smile, open arms, and the words “tuli, tuli” (hugs, hugs).
“He was fascinated by computer games but also incredibly good at chess. He loved chemistry and dreamed of studying at the University of Glasgow.
“Dominic was always smiling, very resolute and sociable. He was extremely caring, always thinking of others first, and the first to help if someone was in trouble.
“Always surrounded by a group of friends of all ages. He loved dinosaurs and Pokémon, but most of all he loved penguins and dreamed of adopting one. Our lives will never be the same again.”
Arran’s father has also released a statement thanking people for the support. He said: “I would like to thank everyone for their kind messages, to the emergency services and the members of the public that assisted at the scene.”
Cumbria Police say inquiries into the fatal collision are ongoing. The force has urged any witnesses or those with information to come forward. A spokesperson for Cumbria Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses to the fatal collision.
