It’s now 35 years since we said goodbye to 1980s but they’re still fondly remembered by the generations who lived through them. And when you think about Liverpool in the eighties – you’re bound to think of the nightlife and the incredible venues.
During that decade, a number of clubs, bars and pubs left their mark on Liverpool. Every week, clubbers from across Merseyside would religiously spend their weekends dancing with friends and having a few drinks in popular nightclubs across the city centre and beyond.
Some opened in 80s, but were confined to the history books after a matter of years,. Whereas others were around for longer for younger generations to experience them.
