They’re reportedly ‘just like’ the famous Bath and Body Works candles available in select Next stores, but for a fraction of the cost, as these jar candles are priced at just £2.99 each.
Compared to roughly £24 for the popular American candle brand, the Home Bargains version is a fantastic choice if you want those lovely Christmas aromas without splashing out, reports the Mirror. One customer, upon noticing the candles on the store shelves, alerted others via TikTok and encouraged shoppers to ‘run don’t walk’ to their closest shop to grab them.
@cazzaxo displayed several different varieties she’d discovered – gingerbread, snowflake wishes, crushed candy cane and Nordic spruce – all priced at £2.99.
And in the comments, customers were extremely eager to try them – with some stating they’d even sampled them already, and could vouch that they were excellent. One shopper enthused: “I got all of them last year, I plan to do the same this year.”
Another chimed in with praise for a particular variety: “The Nordic Spruce one is gorgeous,” while another was clearly excited: “Okay running because these are so cute.” Another customer confirmed the quality of one scent: “Can confirm the gingerbread one is out of this world.”
And yet another was eager to share their experience: “I smelled these yesterday omg I’m going back for them all.”
