Mollie Pearce will be among the new batch of celebrities taking to the rink when Dancing On Ice returns to ITV in January
The line-up for the 2025 series of Dancing On Ice is slowly being revealed, with Mollie Pearce confirmed as one of the contestants. The former star of The Traitors will be lacing up her ice skates and competing in the popular ITV show when it returns in January.
Mollie, who was a finalist on the BBC show hosted by Claudia Winkleman, is excited to take on this new physical challenge.
During an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, Mollie received a supportive message from former DOI star Adele Roberts, who competed with a stoma. Mollie, who had surgery to remove her colon in 2020 and now has a stoma she calls Sid, opened up about her experience during a chat with her fellow Traitors.

She admitted: “I really struggled to get my head around the fact that I was going to have a stoma. I wasn’t prepared for it. Eighteen-years-old, you kind of want to be out enjoying yourself with your friends, not having this life changing surgery.”
The announcement of Mollie’s participation in Dancing On Ice follows the news that reality TV star Ferne McCann will also be joining the 2025 line-up, as announced on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, reports the Mirror.
Ferne McCann has confirmed she’s joining the line-up for the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice. During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, she shared her excitement with hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls, saying: “I’m doing Dancing On Ice! So excited! I’ve done Winter Wonderland with the children, but the penguins the kids have got – I’m crunched over them! I’m looking forward to it; it’s going to be a huge challenge. But the glitz and the glam, it’s going to be brilliant.”
The ITV show is set to return in January, with the contestants being announced one by one.
Lorraine is on ITV1 weekdays at 9am and on ITVX
