The recruitment drive is set to intensify next month but anyone interested in working at Everton’s new stadium can now register their interest
The recruitment drive for Everton’s new stadium is set to begin with hundreds of opportunities initially available. Preparations are underway to start filling posts that will include matchday stewards, events assistants and further roles.
The Job Centre Plus is now involved in work to attract applicants that will step up next month. With that in mind, anyone wanting to explore the prospect of working at the landmark waterfront venue, which will host the Blues from the start of next season, is now being asked to register their interest.
That can be done on the Everton Stadium website, where it is explained: “With Everton Stadium set to open for the 2025/26 season, we will soon be recruiting for hundreds of casual roles, including matchday stewards, customer service advisors, events assistants and more. More information about these exciting opportunities to work at our state-of-the-art new home is coming later this summer.”

It is hoped Everton’s new home will transform swathes of northern Liverpool with the development expected to create tens of thousands of jobs and boost the wider UK economy by more than £1bn.
Recognising this on a visit this month Lisa Nandy, secretary of state for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport said: “Everton is a club with a rich and proud history – this new stadium will play an important part in not only the club’s next chapter, but also the future of Liverpool City Region.”
