Leading bookmakers, Coral, have slashed the odds of Clarkson appearing on I’m A Celebrity… this autumn from 3-1, to 1-2. And not only that, but the former Top Gear and The Grand Tour presenter is also an early favourite, at 4-1, to be crowned King of the Jungle.
John Hill, for Coral, said: “Jeremy Clarkson could be set for a break from his farm later this year, as he has been well backed to be a contestant on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. The former Top Gear host is the early favourite to be crowned the King of the Jungle in Australia.”
The latest odds come after singer Adele, 36, was also rumoured earlier in the summer to be heading into the jungle for the ITV show, with betting site betideas.com giving her 8-1 odds of appearing in the series.
